The emergencies have caused great loss of property and lives. It is important that government strengthens the management of emergency .Investigation and assessment activity takes an important role to improve the governments emergency management. E-government promotes the information disclosure and efficiency of government The system of investigation and assessment to emergency management can improve efficiency of the investigation and assessment based on e-government platform.
