Protection of Customers Rights in Electronic Business in China

摘要：

As we all know electronic business are those business affairs that transact through internet,internet spare is opening and without national boundaries. These characters break through the Spatial-temporal restriction of traditional business and give electronic business an unprecedented development But in developing process of E-B,many customers rights were impaired. Those cases not only bring severe chanllenges to E-B,but also abstract E-B from development This article is on the basement of in-depth analysis about the protection of customers rights,and tries to build up a legal system to protect rights and interests of customers,and will also be helpful to some correlative legislations.
