The China-ASEAN Business Index System Based on Electronic Business Platform

摘要：

Since China-ASEAN Free Trade Area (CAFTA) was officially constructed in 2010,the traditional scattered transactions between China and Southeastern Asian countries have no longer been propitious to the demand for rapid development of trade. We analyze the key issues of building electronic business platform and then identify the risks,as well as the main point for risk aversion. Based on these,we propose the China-ASEAN business index system (CABIS). The detail structure and its expectation effects are analyzed. Last,we put forward some important issues in the operation of CABIS. The research can give some implications on how to promote economic development based cm the collaboration of electronic business and index system.
