Research on Relationship of Knowledge Integration and Innovation Capability of IT Enterprise
Knowledge integration of IT enterprise is the process of integrating knowledge of different sources,different forms and different carriers within an enterprise and constructing a new knowledge system. It is the key for enterprise to keep sustainable innovation capability in the competitive and changing market environment According to the logical relationship of knowledge production, knowledge propagation and knowledge application,this paper divides knowledge integration into three stages: knowledge creation,knowledge diffusion and knowledge utilization. This paper respectively analyzes the effect of different stages on innovation capability of IT enterprise and constructs a concept model of knowledge integration and innovation capability of IT enterprise. By applying SEM method, the empirical study showed that knowledge integration had significant positive effect on the capability of technology innovation,management innovation, organization innovation,institution innovation and market innovation. Knowledge integration is the key and guarantee to improve the innovation capability of IT enterprise and therefore to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise.
