Analysis on the Construction of Incentive Mechanism of Innovative Research Team in Universities

摘要：

Currently Innovative Research Team (IRT) plays an important role in the research innovation and person cultivation for universities. This text analyzes the differences between ordinary team and SRT in universities to determine incentive characteristics of IRT. Then we construct incentive model of IRT in universities based on the contractual incentive mechanism. At last we put forward the implementation plan for the incentive mechanism of IRT according to the incentive model.
