Investment environment influences enterprises management risk factors. How resourcebased enterprises face the changing environment and implement successful risk management is crucial to their management and development This paper begins with the analysis of Chinas resoueced-based enterprises investment environment,identifies risk factors of S Mining Limited Company,explores its risk control countermeasures,and propose resolutions of risk control.
