Study on the Model of Job Performance Appraisal of Teachers of Teaching and Research Universities Based on BP Neural Network

摘要：

On the base of deep analysis about the characters of teaching and research universities and job features of the teachers,build the system of evaluation index of teachers job performance of teaching and research universities from the quantitative angle,using BP neural network, structure the model of teachers job performance evaluation. Utilizing Matlab 7.8 software,make the simulation analysis for appraisal model. The simulation result generally fits actual output which accounts for this model having a certain feasibility and utility.
