A Enterprises Performance evaluation system Based on Enterprises Core Competency

摘要：

The setting of enterprises performance evaluation system is a guarantee of the scientific evaluation. Based on the enterprises core competitiveness,the paper improves and develops a set of the performance evaluation system. The system is the combination of the financial indicators and non-financial indicators,quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators. Talcing Chinas home appliance industry data for a sample,it uses the principal components analysis for performance evaluation and has a comprehensive assessment of the situation of the performance of listed companies in China. The system values the enterprises long-term competitiveness evaluation,because it reflects more comprehensive the enterprises general performance and has a practice or operational significance.
