The Influence Mechanism of Social Capital on Technology Innovation Diffusion in Enterprise Cluster

摘要：

Technology innovation diffusion has always been a concerned issue for government,enterprisers and scholars. Based on diffusion of innovation and social capital,the influence mechanism of cluster social capital to technology innovation diffusion was built,and through research and data analyse on national and provincial high-tech corporations.we found cluster social capital could affect knowledge and information sharing,human resource and capital resource gained positively. At p=0.01 level, transverse social capital has most influence on information sharing,external social capital can affect human resource and capital obtaining most, diffusion channel has positive effect on diffusion performance,and human resource channel has the most influence.
