Study on Evaluation Index System of R&D Personnel Competence of Enterprises

摘要：

Competence evaluation is the basis of management of enterprises R&D personnel. On the basis of defining the R&D personnel competence,this article designs R&D personnel competence evaluation indexes,and constructs the method of collecting evaluation data of R&D personnel competence,and establishes comprehensive evaluation model of R&D personnel competence,and puts forward the corresponding usage and treatment tactics of evaluation results,so as to provide theoretical method guidance and tactics support for enterprises R&D personnel management
