Research on the Governance Logic of Industry Cluster : Relationship, Interaction and Synergy Innovation

摘要：

The paper constructs a triangle model of governance logic of industry cluster which combines the relationship,interaction and synergy innovation, based on the extension of JM model. The basic conclusion is that the relationship between the cluster members is a dynamic interaction; the result of interaction is the emergence of synergy; the synergy promotes innovation and further strengthens the relationship between members. Interaction between members of the cluster is in the framework of certain rules,and there is close relationship between synergy and governance mechanism,which determines the governance mechanism is the core of industry cluster governance.
