The International Turnkey Project Risk Identification and Evaluation

摘要：

In the international turnkey project lots of risks exist,which making the contractors shoulder much more risk than domestic contractors and huge losses may be caused. The paper makes an analyze of the international turnkey project risks and establishes an international turnkey project risk evaluation model,which comprehensively analyze the risk impacts of international turnkey project and estimate the probability of occurrence of various risks,so finding the crucial risks of the project, determining the integral level of the project risk and providing a scientific evidence for how to dispose of the risks and ensure the project is carried out smoothly.
