A New Research Framework on the Relationship between Strategic Human Resource Management and Organizations Performance:From the Perspective of Integrating of Theories

Human capital theory,behavior theory and resource theory are the three commonly used theories for studying the relationship between strategic human resource management (SHRM) and organizations performance. But one single theory is not enough for exploring the working system of SHRM on organizations performance. So the three theories respective research frameworks and their research situations are analyzed and compared first Then a new framework on the research of the relationship between SHRM and organizations performance from the perspective of integrating the three theories has been established. The research trend of this field in the future is also looked forward to.
