Studying on the factors associated to learning satisfaction in mixed web based learning environment
As a form of e-business,web based learning is developing rapidly. In this paper,we are to figure out the factors associated to consumers learning satisfaction when synchronous and asynchronous learning coexists in the same web based learning platform. We surveyed 442 WBL system users by web based survey. Data shows sex,computer experience,quick response,ease of use,accurate, format,timely,interesting,and interactive between teachers and students can affect consumers satisfaction,and during which,information quality is the most important factor.
