Risk Evaluation of Hotel Real Estate Project Based on Theory of Life Cycle

摘要：

Hotel real estate,has become a hot spot in real estate industry. However,its risk is rarely mentioned. Based on life cycle theory,we analyzed its risks of hotel in different stages,and constructed a practical model employing Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,which is proved to be practical in a case study.
