Empirical Study on the Customer Loyalty of ACSI Personal Online Banking Drivers

Based on ACSI model,the customer loyalty of personal online banking combing with the amending target of ACSI was researched by establishing a personal internet banking customer loyalty drive model and analyzing empirically the impact of personal online banking key factor using of structural equation model. The empirical research shows that loyalty-driven model established in this paper has a high degree of fit Meanwhile the path coefficients between each variable were achieved by empirical data.
