Career planning of prison guards based on SWOT analysis method

摘要：

SWOT analysis is an indispensable strategic management tool that is often used in previous businesses,but with social and human development, have gradually and more used in personal career planned. Article first analysis was performed on the SWTO brief,based on this analysis to explore the prison guards - a special group of career planning, SWOT analysis of the prison guards used the feasibility of career planning,and further actions which will be used in SWOT strategy.
