A Positive Research on Knowledge Conversion Performance Model Based on SECI
The speed economy requires that the enterprises have the dynamic competitive advantage which needs the enterprise to make continuous innovation,but the key to the innovation lies in the effective knowledge conversion. Thus the most enterprises began to pay more attention to the knowledge conversion performance gradually. However, the relevant researches on the knowledge conversion performance are relatively deficient in the reality. Based on above,the paper firstly introduced the aim and significance of the research. Secondly,the paper reviewed the relevant researches on the knowledge conversion performance and put forth the SECI framework of it Thirdly,the paper collected, pretested,integrated and determined the questionnaire items,then made the questionnaire investigation in the relevant enterprises. Fourthly, the paper made the exploratory and confirmatory analysis and statistical analysis and the impact analysis of the statistic variable with SPSS 16.0 and LISREL8.51 based on the questionnaire survey. Finally,the paper concluded the research and put forth the knowledge conversion performance model that is made up of the knowledge socialization, externalization,combination and internalization.
