The Research on Supplier Selection based on Knowledge Harmony
In the cooperation of enterprises and suppliers,compared with quality,price and other criteria,knowledge harmony should weight more as one of the criteria for enterprises to select their supplier in the 21st century,which regards knowledge as the key competitive factor. Knowledge transfer between core enterprises and suppliers does not only improve the productivity of the organization,but also enhance the knowledge sharing. In the complexity supply chain management system of core enterprises, the best state of strategic relation is knowledge harmony,and only with knowledge harmony can enterprises and alliance suppliers achieve best performance simultaneously. Therefore,knowledge interactive transfer model and knowledge harmony conceptual model of core enterprises are constructed in this paper.
