The Research of Real Estate Enterprise Investment Decisions Based on Principal Component Analysis and Entropy Method

摘要：

Real estate enterprise investment decisions are complex multi-objective decision making problems, specific to this problem,this paper put forward a multi-objective decision-making method which is the combination of qualitative and quantitative-principal component analysis and entropy method. Through the example prove,this method is completely feasible and effective for real estate enterprise investment decisions,and makes real estate investment decisionmaking more scientific and reasonable.
