Study on the Construction of Urban Survey Datum and Coordinate Frame

摘要：

This paper mainly discusses that the city survey and map basis system construction and choose of the coordinate system and construction of the coordinate frame. Based on Bursa-Wolf seven parameters transformation coordinate model, introduced the three-scale coordinate transformation model and its inversion based on the anisotropic parameters in the spatial scale, and discussed the key technologies of transformation from BJ-54 and Xian80 coordinate. Then this conversion algorithm is tested by an example, and a precision analysis has been done with the surveying control points coordinate data.
