Study on Congestion Management Information System of Urban Traffic Based on Dynamic Segmentation
Aiming at the problems in traffic information system, the data structure of urban traffics basic network achieved on dynamic segmentation has been put forward. Based on the analysis of the course and characteristics of the space development in urban traffic congestion, the logical data model and structure of traffic congestion, the calculation and judgment of congestion segment based on the linear frame of reference, and the mode of automatic display were proposed in this paper. According to the practice of the establishment of traffic management information system in a city, the data structure and dynamic display mode based on dynamic segmentation have been verified that they can manage the information and automatic display effectively in the circumstances of reducing the storage capacity, compared with the traditional way.
