GIS Applications in the Regionalization of Anti-seismic Suitability Evaluation for Urban Land
Aiming at the characteristics during the evaluation of anti-seismic suitability in urban land, four indexes namely terrain and landform conditions of drills, anti-seismic categories of building sites (covering soil thickness, shears wave velocity), liquefaction index and subsidence of weak soil are selected as evaluation standard for the division of site anti-seismic suitability, and by means of the there-mark matrix, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the weights of influence factors determined, quantitatively described the influence of each index on anti-seismic suitability in urban land. the composite index value to the suitability for antiseismic suitability is put forward, and the standard of evaluation ranks determined according to the composite index, Then supported with GIS technique, which makes isoclines of the composite index value to the suitability for anti-seismic. Finally, the anti-seismic suitability zoning in urban land in designated area is implemented. Evaluation result scientific and reasonable, can give a better guidance for practice use.
