Assessment of Land Ecological Security Based on Matter-element Model: A Case of Zhejiang Province
The purpose of this paper is to use Matter-element Model to study land ecological security in Zhejiang Province, the developed region of China. Methods employed included Delphi method, clustering analysis and matter-element model. The results show: (l) The land ecological security of 11 regions can be classified to 3 levels (level Ⅱ, Relatively safe; level Ⅲ, Critical; level IV, Relatively unsafe); (2) The land ecological security status are better in south and west regions than in north and east regions;(3) The ecological pressure and ecological pressure state are better in southwestem, while the ecological response are better in northeastern regions.
