摘要：

In recent years, debris flow, floods and other geological disasters have seriously impact on the economic development. Disaster prevention, reduction, and relief have been a very urgent major issue. This paper using 3D visualization to implement and design the geological disaster simulation platform and clearly express geological disaster. This platform Connect geological disaster theory model. Based on system simulation by every stage design and dynamic simulate, to provide important instrument of flood of geological disaster in intelligent analysis, forecast, evaluation and decision support.
