Modeling of Interaction Complexity Based on Trust
Trust among entities affects the way in which they interact as well as the complexity of such interactions. To study the relationship between trust and interaction complexity, in this paper, we propose a model for interaction complexity based on trust relationship between two or more entities in which we assume that interaction complexity is determined by conditional interaction actions and direct interaction actions. In the model, during entity interaction and trust accumulation, the rate of decrease in the complexity of interactions increases in the beginning and then decreases along with improvement in trust relationships. Also, the rate of decrease in the complexity of interactions is lower than the rate of increase in trust relationship in the beginning, becomes higher than the rate of increase in trust relationship and then becomes lower again than the rate of increase in trust relationship. We also analyze the reasonability of the model according to the general rules of the evolution of trust relationship.
