Design of Speed Control System of Direct Current Motor Based on dsPIC30F4011
In order to enhance the control performance of motor, satisfy the application request of which under special condition, this paper proposes a new type of design for speed control system of direct current motor with dsPIC30f4011 and fuzzy PID control technology. The system is composed of digital controller, main control circuit of direct current motor, driving circuit of direct current motor, PWM waveform display circuit, pressed key circuit, and load motor. In order to realize real-time intelligent control of the direct current motor, we designed the compound fuzzy PID controller, using fuzzy PID control technology, which improves the output quality and output stability of direct current motor greatly. The test results show the system may realize real-time intelligent control of direct current motor, and has preferred characteristic of start and acceleration. Meanwhile, the system runs stably. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
