An Examination of the Liability of Data Processor on Information Security

摘要：

This passage is mainly talking about the liability of the data processor on protecting the privacy information, i.e. information security. The background information has been introduced as well as how serious the problem is. The obvious obligation and liability of that and the basis of the judge has been discussed, following the reference of certain law and regulations especially FTCA, which define careless security breach as unfair and deceptive trade actions.
