Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Location Plan of City Distribution Center
A proper location for city distribution centre is significant in optimizing transportation routines, lowering logistics cost, increasing operation effectiveness and accelerating city development By the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this article is due to: elaborate the preliminary of evaluation, including creating a evaluation index system, a factor set, an evaluation set and a weighing set; build a mathematic model such as single-factored fuzzy evaluation, single-stepped fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and multi-step fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; illustrate the overall process of evaluation through real practices. As a result, the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation successfully eliminated the fuzziness and uncertainties in determining the location of city logistics centers. In real practice, evaluation index system and weighing can be determined with more flexibility, and quantitative and qualitative methods should be adopted in coordination.
