Adaptive Control of Uncertain Nonlinear Systems Preceded by Backlash-like Hysteresis
In this paper, a class of uncertain nonlinear systems preceded by unknown backlash-like hysteresis nonlinearities are considered. A state feedback control scheme is proposed by using backstepping techniques. In this control scheme, a new smooth function is constructed for the unknown bounds approximation of disturbance-like term. The stability of closed-loop system and output tracking performance can be ensured by this control law and The smooth control law can avoid the chattering phenomenon caused by discontinuous, the tracking error can be adjusted to arbitrarily small by setting the value of designed parameter.
