Green Multi-agent Planning Framework What and Why

摘要：

Energy crisis brings green IT. Green IT needs algorithms and mechanicals to be redesigned for energy efficiency. Traditional multi-agent planning which includes planning and coordination mechanicals need to be redesigned. In this paper we draft a green multi-agent planning framework (GMAPF) with its underlining infrastructure, state what its components shoold be and why they should be like this.
