Design Controller for Engine Spark Plug Ignition Based on SCM

摘要：

This paper designs a controller of engine spark plug ignition, operates and processes (he engine speed , ignition pulse width and ignition sequence these have set by computer, then send these processed information to SCM by converter RS232, control drive circuit using microsecond SCM AT89SS2,which can precisely control ignition coil charge and discharge. The control can imitate engine ignition conditions under a speed, and make the durability testing for spark plug, thereby provide a new method of testing spark plugs durability. The design method can make the spark plug durability testing carried oul in isolation without the engine, greatly saving the cost of test.
