Research on Distributed Intrusion Detection System Model
With the growth in demand for the modern Internet, network and information security has become the network of Internet services and applications and further development of the key issues to be resolved. Following behind a firewall, intrusion detection system ((IDS) has been developed rapidly in recent years, and in the field of network and information security play an increasingly important role. Adapt to the modern features of distributed network intrusion detection system is a hot research field of information security However, some of the modern variety of distributed IDS common problems, such as real-time intrusion detection response to poor system scalability and flexibility, lack of learning and dynamic configuration capabilities, and easily lead to network congestion and other issues. Given the above there is the modern IDS problem, this paper studies on the basis of agent technology, using the static agent and mobile agent approach combining design of a mobile agent-based distributed intrusion detection system architecture.
