Design of an Encrypted Storage Devices Based on Cyclone FPGA
This paper mainly introduces the design procedure of an encrypted storage devices based on cyclone FPGA , introduces the structure and function of the encryption device, and introduces the core chip, cyclone series FPGA module EP1C3T100,, finally introduces the function of each module, circuit design and the program design. This paper explains the AES encryption algorithm in detail, and the realization of a hardware design and optimization based on FPGA. The device completes the process of data encryption hardware through FPGA chip, from high-speed data bus. It is not easy to be decrypted, and has faster processing speed, real-time, and safety, flexibility and so on. This design can create new areas of USB secure communications and data storage.
