Study on Automotive Aftermarket Individualized Service Based on Association Rule
Many business enterprises accumulate large quantities of data from them day-to-day operations, the 4S store offers automotive aftermarket service is no exception, which already has a large historical data base of data mining. Association rule is an effective way for knowledge discovery in data mining, wherein the algorithm Apriori is a classical algorithm. This paper combines association rules with the automotive aftermarket service; to analysis the data of the automotive aftermarket service by Apriori algorithm is for that found the potentially valuable data association information and the development of automotive aftermarket individualized service program provide the necessary information reserves.
