The Regulation for Fair-Use of the Copyright Involving Networks
With the emergence of the network works, the field of fair-use of the system in the network suffered a new challenge. Based on the analysis of copyright fair use involving the network, the network should be expanded to the copyright system, the scope of fair use, unified definition of the applicable standards and legislation on technological protection measures and restrictions on the adjustment to adapt to network technology to the reasonable use system brought new problems.
