A Novel Integration Model of Heterogeneous and Distributed Tool Software
Considering the heterogeneous and distributed characteristics of multidisciplinary tool software in virtual prototype engineering, a general integration model of tool software (G1MTS) was presented. Based on the model driven architecture (MDA) and component technology, GIMTS adopts service oriented multi-layer structure, separating tool software integration business logic with communication service. The key technologies and there implementations of GIMTS are discussed deeply following the way of MDA: integrative modeling method and tool adaptor component model. GIMTS provided a general mechanism of multidisciplinary tools integration in heterogeneous environment, integrate multidisciplinary tools together to support collaborative simulation of complex product virtual prototype.
