The Performance Evaluation of Enterprise Managers Based on Fuzzy Theory and BP Neural Network
In order to reduce evaluation costs and make it rational. This article is based on the performance evaluation index system, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine weight of performance index, then establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the assessment for fuzzy performance indicators. In addition, by using empirical calculation and analysis with BP neural network, this evaluation method is considered to be more rational and can reduce evaluation costs.
