The Tilt Angle Sensor Research and Development Based on CAN-bus
Nowadays Angle sensor in industrial automation, engineering machinery, medical equipment, and many other areas have been widely applied, but most of its products only is independent of the control unit, unable to identify with CAN network. Based on MEMS acceleration sensor and the Can bus as the research object, the selection of C8051F040 microcontroller as the main controller, the system of acceleration sensor chip and studied CAN node design. This paper gives the overall Angle sensor hardware structure diagram, the Can bus interface circuit and communications message and software design, combining interpolation operation improve Angle sensor measuring precision, and proves the feasibility of this design. This design makes Angle sensor CAN and CAN network identification, realized the sensor and the Can bus data communications.
