A Self-Adaptive Dynamic Control Station Generating Algorithm For Hybrid Wireless Mobile Network
This paper considers the issue of generating centralized controller station in hybrid wireless mobile network containing centralized infrastructure together with distributed ad-hoc nodes. This kind of network works well in high dynamical environment, featuring much with traditional ad-hoc networks yet differs significantly in network coordination. We proposed an adaptive algorithm for network controller generation by evaluating every node in terms of living time and remaining energy. A new metric, namely average path, length is proposed to evaluate the stabilizing time. Based on specific applications, weighted sum of above three metrics are calculated, with different weighted factors reasonably chosen, desired controller is selected with maximum output. We verify the algorithm finally in a prototype network and test results show that the proposed algorithm improves flexibility converging speed as well as anti damage of the network.
