The Safety Monitoring Alarm System of Mining Truck
This paper introduces the accidents types and properties of mining trucks, then analyzes the structure characteristics, application environment and the cause of accidents, meanwhile points out that the large blind area around mining trucks is the main reason of frequent accidents. Considering the blind area around mining trucks, the paper schemed a design planning of safely monitoring alarm system using CAN bus technology, PLC technology and radar monitoring warning technology, which can assist driver to monitor the blind area. The paper also gives a detailed descriplion on the design of the system and its installation position on mining trucks, and discusses the application prospect of safety monitoring warring system on mining dump trucks.
