Research on Worm Forewarning Information Publish Mechanism Based on P2P
Network worm early-warning technology, capable of effective controlling propagation in large scale network, has become an essential technology and one of most effective measures to restrict the worm propagation. Therefore, this paper has an in-depth study on early-warning and forewarning information publication. A hierarchical overlay network based on P2P network topologies for worm forewarning information publish is presented. The topology structure includes two parts: the bottom random P2P overlay network by employing three typical complex network typology models and top structured P2P overlay network established on hypercube, synchronously, two corresponding multicast trees of forewarning information publish are established based on two-dimensional neighbors set and hypercube. Simulation results show that this worm early warning topology structure can improve network scalability of the conventional structure through hierarchical P2P structure, adapt to topology structure of existing network infrastructure, furthermore, its relevant publish mechanism can reduce worm forewarning information load and publish time.
