Doing Green: Some Simple Steps and Approaches

Green computing has been a topic of current interest in both industry and academia, and motivates a number of challenging research issues in computing. In supporting sustainable development green computing covers a broad span of interrelated issues, from technology and engineering to economic and social aspects. Unfortunately, it has not been widely understood, yet practiced effectively. Not many technological options have been explored, and green computing is still mainly viewed from technological and engineering perspectives only. This research papers initiative is to explore .the recent advances taken plac e in computing paradigm to support the green computing trends and to mention energy efficient, ecological computing in easy steps.
