Study on the System of Water Resources Optimization of the Eighth Division Irrigation in Manas River
According to the thinking of the water decides the land, the article studied the coming water conditions and actual reservoir and canal system dispatch ability. Then it combined the life, the industrial production, the livestock production, the ecology water, ground water so many important factors and considered the cultivation area and ecological discard water influence with the groundwater pumping in various years. The article established the irrigation water resources optimization disposition model with the dynamic programming methods in the manas river basin, with matlab software to calculate and get the optimized planter structure. The optimal planting area reached the maximum of 16.13x104 ha, the ground water extraction quantity is 2.4617x108 m3, the ecological discard water quantity is 1.0259x108 m3 in ample flow year and 0.7863x108 m3 in normal year.
