Design of MSP430F249-based Toxic Gas Measure Terminal and Alarm Management System

Because of the leak risk of toxic gas in the process of mining and using natural gas, need multi-point detection of toxic gas in a certain area to analyze problems on concentration, designed a toxic gas measure terminal and an alarm management system. The toxic gas measure terminal designed based on high performance microprocessor MSP430F249, and electrochemistry toxic gas sensor integrates temperature and humidity measurement, GPS positioning, wireless transmission into one system. Alarm management system designed based on MFC, it obtains data by transceiver command according to wireless module, and real-time monitors toxic gas concentration in a certain area. This system has small volume and portable convenient, can be used in environmental monitoring and accident emergency.
