Study on Engine Test Real-time Monitoring and Early-warning System

摘要：

This paper introduces the accidents that are prone to happen in the engine bench test and the need for real-time monitoring of the engine test, explains the working principle of the real-time monitoring and early-warning system, analyses the classification of engine fa ults and why they generate, builds the real-time monitoring and early-warning system of the engine bench test, determinates the type of system signal and the means of collection as well as the location of the sensors, and provides a measuring method for vibration threshold of the engines normal state. Finally, through an example, the paper verifies that the system can effectively monitor the running of engines and protect the bench by setting up an early-warning sign al when the fault occurs
