3G Communication Encryption Algorithm based on ECC-ElGamal

摘要：

The public key algorithm dedicated to the session key management is not specified in 3G communications. This paper has combined the elliptic curve algebra system with EIGamal encryption algorithm, proposed ECC-EIGamal encryption algorithm and given the feasibility and safety analysis. Applying it into the algorithm of F8 and F9 in 3G communications can better fill the security shortcomings.
