Enlightenment from the Positive Analysis on the Market Performance of China Distance Education Holdings Ltd. in NASDAQ
Based on the practical data of NASDAQ, DL price and EDU price from August 1st,2008 to July 31,2009, this paper conducted a statistical positive analysis on the market performance of three chosen parameters. The analysis indicates that the distance education market in China has drawn attention from investors around the world. On the other hand, the significant fluctuation of price per share for the listed distance education corporation indicates that substantial works need to be done especially in the aspect of quality assurance for distance education in China.
