The Teleimagery Module——Important Part of the Informational Medical System in the Process of Reformation of the Health Care System
(0) The integrated informational system of management for the health care sector is an organizational complex of elements ( staff, hards, softs, algorithms and procedures) ,that interacts and provide the collection, transmission, centralization, deposition and visualization of the information in order to solve complex problems of the patients follow-up and management of health care services. In these circumstances it is necessary the priority development of a teleimagery module, which will provide physicians with modern diagnostic and disease monitoring methods and offer in time authentic information to the top national and international consultants for the correct argumentation of the decisions, related to each concrete case. As a result of the adequate supply of the public medical and sanitary institutions with equipment and informational networks the quality of the medical assistance will permanently increase, essentially contributing to the amelioration of the community health status.
