Europe s Bologna Process and the Response of Asia-Pacific

This paper focuses on a preliminary investigation into Europes Bologna Process and developments of Asia-Pacific higher education policy in response, tak ing particular note of the Brisbane Communique, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, the Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) and Chinas Project 985. Studies on Europes Bologna Process seek to explore its impact on internationaliza tion of higher education in the Asia-Pacific region,ai ming at better positioning the mobility of college graduates and improving academic exchanges as well as facilitating the academic and professional recogni tion of qualification internationally.
